"I had an interview with Melissa T. Regarding my policy, and honestly I was very satisfied for the the 1st year or so until i noticed that my policy went up for about $4 so i was like ok no big deal is just $4, than after a couple of months it went up for about $4 more dollars, so i was like ok no big deal im just going to leave it like that, than after a couple of more months it went up again for $10 and i still left it like that until it went up $23 more. so my insurance was $197 and it went up to $241. i called and called wanting to know why my insurance kept on going up without no reason. no one in that office could tell me why. i asked if there was anybody that could answer my question. all i was told was that it was a nationwide thing that all insurances were going up, and to top it off that wasnt enough 4 months after i left them i get a letter from the DMV saying that state farms sent them a letter saying that i have had a lapse in my insurance while with them. which is so crazy to that they waited 4 months after i was no longer with them to sent out a lapse letter to the DMV. needless to say i will never go back with them. they go up on your insurance every so often without giving u an explanation as to what is the reason."
